This page is maintained by the m0-0n team to explain how personal, prescription, and usage data is handled. It is not a legal opinion and does not itself constitute regulatory certification.
Who we are
m0-0n operates an optical commerce and prescription-tracking platform. In Singapore we act as the data controller for consumer accounts and as a data processor for care providers who upload prescriptions on your behalf.
Personal data we collect
Account (email, mobile), optional eKYC identifiers, up to 5 profile records per account, prescription values (SPH/CYL/AXIS/ADD/PD), uploaded prescription documents, order history, screening answers you provide, and consent state.
Why we collect it
To deliver eyewear, keep your prescription history in one place, remind you when a review is due, and — only with your explicit consent — contribute anonymised aggregate signals to distributor demand forecasts.
Your rights
Withdraw consent at any time, request correction, export your data, or delete a profile. Requests are handled via the Dashboard or by writing to privacy@m0-0n.com.
Data sharing
Identifiable prescription data is never released to distributors. Care providers see only the profiles that have granted them access. Payment and shipping partners receive the minimum necessary fields.

Designed for Singapore PDPA first, with ASEAN regional expansion controls tracked in the admin governance module.
