These terms describe how the m0-0n platform may be used. This is placeholder copy for the MVP and should be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
Use of the service
You may use m0-0n to shop eyewear, store prescriptions, and receive reminders. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Accounts and profiles
One account may hold up to five profiles (e.g. family members). You are responsible for authorising each profile's participation.
Prescription data
You may upload or type prescription values obtained from a licensed optometrist. m0-0n does not itself issue medical prescriptions — see the Medical Disclaimer.
Distributor insights
Only anonymised, aggregate signals are released to distributors, and only from profiles that granted explicit consent.
Payments and returns
Orders are subject to store-level fulfilment. Refund and return terms are shown at checkout.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. m0-0n is not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where required by law.
